Jerry de Jong, President
 
Jerry de Jong cofounded our faith-based company nine years ago, then known as Lighthouse Business Development, and he currently serves as our president.  Jerry has 34 years of sales, training, and management experience, which he uses to continually improve our organization at every level.  Fun fact about Jerry: he worked as a professional musician for five years during the 1980's.
 
Heather Cline, Director of Sales
 
Heather Cline started her career with LBD Marketing seven years ago.  She began as a telemarketer on the front lines, working on client campaigns.  After serving her time there, she moved into generating appointments for our previous LBD Marketing salespeople.  In her current position, it is Heather's job to explain the ins and outs of lead generation campaigns to potential clients and teach you why we are the best fit for your company.
 
Roxanne Thalman, Sr. Project Manager 
 
Roxanne Thalman is the marketing maven of our company. She works closely with clients and our internal management staff to implement campaigns and ensure every aspect of their success. She also drives the research and analytics of our company to contantly improve effeciency and increase results.
 
Leatha Marler, Operations Manager
 
Leatha Marler has more than 20 years of experience in call center management and customer service. She is the motivator and instigator of one of the most robust marketing teams in the technology field.
